About Me
Imagine, if you will, a chap who’s spent the last three decades and a half upending the fitness world, one push-up at a time. That chap is me—Nick Mitchell, your friendly local Somerset village health and fitness Personal Trainer.
With more than 30 years of experience in sculpting bodies and transforming lives, I’ve encountered everything from the humble sit-up to the most devilishly intricate Pilates maneuver you can imagine. Now, it’s not all sweat and grunts—though there’s plenty of that, too. My true forte lies in tackling the thornier side of fitness, like chronic back pain (yes, I’ve got a Level 4 qualification in that). Whether it’s helping you hoist a barbell or guiding you through a particularly satisfying stretch, I’ve got you covered. But here’s the thing: I’m especially keen on helping those who’ve crossed the half-century mark. You see, as the years pile on, the aches multiply and the flexibility goes into hiding. That’s where I come in.
My mission? To lead you not just through workouts, but through a complete lifestyle overhaul—one that sticks.
