Come and our classes, suited for all fitness levels. There will be one for you to enjoy. With a small monthly fee you will access daily LIVE classes and hundreds of online banked ones which you can choose from.

I offer bespoke PT that suits you, whether you are getting ready for that summer holiday, a wedding or  you love nothing better than pushing yourself to the limit, then I can help you achieve your goals.

One to one training, either as a one off session or block sessions, with each PT session you purchase, you get free circuit classes*  

£40 per session at your premises £35 per session at my premises 

Group PT of up to 4 trainees (but can offer larger groups if required, price on request) and this also includes free circuit classes*

Group PT starts at £60 per session for 2 participants, £70 for 3 and £80 for 4

Body Confidence online PT for those of us who either struggle to get motivated at the gym or home and need gym/exercise plans to follow and reviewed by a trainer to keep it fresh and challenging.  This option is a very affordable way to reach your goals, as it is all done online with demo videos, explanations and easy to follow exercise instructions.

Body Confidence 4 week programme £40  extra weeks £10 for each
