Using a personal trainer can be one of the best decisions you make to reach your health and fitness goals.
Finding a personal trainer is a bit like dating. You want someone who clicks with your personality, understands your goals, and—most importantly—knows how to craft a workout plan that doesn’t leave you sprawled on the floor, wondering where it all went wrong.
That’s where I come in. I offer bespoke personal training tailored to you, whether you’re getting in shape for a sun-drenched holiday, gearing up for the big day, or you simply thrive on the joy of pushing your limits.
Whatever your fitness goal, we’ll tackle it together. I provide one-on-one sessions, either as a one-off or in blocks. And here’s a little bonus—every PT session you book comes with free online fitness classes. It’s like a buy-one-get-one deal, but with fewer snacks and more sweat.
£45 per session at your place
£35 per session at mine
If group workouts are more your style, I offer group PT for up to 4 people. I’m flexible—larger groups are possible, just ask for a price breakdown. The starting point: •
£60 per session for 2 participants
£70 per session for 3 participants
£80 per session for 4 participants
(and yes, you’ll get access to those free online classes, too!)
For those who prefer to train from the comfort of home but still want that one-on-one guidance, I offer Online PT sessions.
You get all the personalisation of in-person training, but without having to leave your living room.
Sessions are £35 each, but if you book in bulk, you’ll only pay £30 per session. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to stay on track with your fitness goals, no matter where you are.
So, whether you want in-person sessions or prefer to keep it virtual, I’ve got you covered. Let’s make those fitness goals happen.

Here are 10 reasons why finding a good personal trainer might just be one of the best decisions you’ll make:
1. Personalised Workouts A good PT creates workouts specifically for you. It’s like having a tailor, but instead of hemming your trousers, they’re customizing your fitness plan so you’re not doing squats for no reason.
2. Motivation and Accountability We all have those days when the sofa seems far more inviting than a treadmill. A personal trainer makes sure you actually get up, show up, and work out, even when Netflix is calling.
3. Proper Technique and Form Without good form, your workout can look more like interpretive dance. A PT will make sure you’re not flinging weights around in a way that could leave you nursing an injury.
4. Efficient Use of Time Let’s be honest—who’s got time to waste? A personal trainer gives you a plan so precise that you’ll be in and out of the gym faster than it takes to scroll through Instagram’s latest cat memes.
5. Goal Setting and Progress Tracking If you’ve ever set vague fitness goals like “get fit,” you know how tricky that can be. A trainer helps you set real, achievable targets and then, like a fitness accountant, tracks your progress.
6. Education and Knowledge A good PT doesn’t just make you sweat—they make you smarter. By the time you’re done, you’ll know your deadlifts from your dumbbells and why certain exercises work better for you than others.
7. Variety and Creativity There’s only so long you can do the same workout before you start to wonder if this is life now. Trainers keep things interesting with new exercises, so you don’t die of boredom somewhere between sets.
8. Overcoming Plateaus When your progress flatlines, a PT comes in like a human reset button. They know just how to tweak things to get you moving forward again, avoiding that “Why am I even bothering?” moment.
9. Support and Encouragement Think of them as a mix between a coach and a motivational speaker, but with fewer clichés. They’re there to cheer you on when you hit a milestone and lift you up when you’re feeling like a fitness failure.
10. Long-Term Lifestyle Changes A good trainer isn’t just thinking about your summer beach body. They’re working on making sure that ten years from now, you’re still living your healthiest life without collapsing after a flight of stairs. In the end, a personal trainer is more than just someone shouting “one more rep!” They’re like a fitness sherpa, guiding you up the mountain of your health goals, and making sure you don’t fall off a cliff on the way.
